Jeez the head chatter, the constantly battling between “I should”,” but what if”…
The negative emotions, the number of thoughts and feelings overlapping and controlling our ability to think straight, to function. Beliefs passed down to us through generations. “I cant” do that because “I’m not good enough”, “what if I fail?” “what will people think?” “will I be rejected?” and on and on and on.
Imagine how it would feel to be FREE, not of one, but of all of that. Imagine having no voices in your head, imagine a body calm and relaxed, imagine being free to act and do whatever would be best for you, for your business, for your family, without any fears or constraints. What would that look like, sound like, feel like, what would that be worth to you?
Understanding who you are, and who you are supposed to be, starts to break down what can feel like an impossible task, achieving the above imagined, seems impossible right now, hey?
But it really isn't, it's not only possible, it's easy and quick and lasts!
Whatever your beliefs on life, there is hopefully one thing we can agree on, that when you create something you want it to be perfect? Whole? complete?
So do you not think that whoever or whatever created you and your bloodline all those millions of years ago, wanted the same for you?
They could not have forseen all the differing environments that their creation and subsequent ancestors had to face, wars, famines, danger, fears. Each environment creating a new set of beliefs, all passed down to you! But you don’t live in yesteryear you live here today! So how can we release fears emotions and beliefs that have been passed down to us and are now stopping us moving forward as we would wish today? Those beliefs stopping us from being that whole complete creation we were meant to be?
The answer is to first recognize where they are in us. Our subconscious, the largest part of our mind, around 95% against 5% of the conscious mind. The part of you that controls everything you do on automatic. Controls the fact that you breathe and do not need to consciously think, I must breathe in….I must breathe out! It allows you to function at the high level we do, with all the factors that have to be considered all at the same time.
It is basically auto pilot mode, and most of the time we live on auto pilot! Because our conscious mind has limited capacity it can only think of at tops 5 things at a time, so once your thinking about, needing the loo, what you are going to cook for tea, if you have got what you need in, and driving the car, your conscious mind is at full capacity!
But as with any auto pilot it has to have been programmed! And yes your programming comes from your life, your experiences and your ancestors lives and their experiences. All the beliefs and emotions that have been formed because of those experiences, regardless of whether they are currently relevant or not!
Consider the drink or food you have eaten to excess, and you become very ill from it. Do you eat or drink that again? Why? Because your subconscious has been programmed to now believe that the food or drink is not safe for you, and you will automatically feel ill from even the thought of it, the subconscious is protecting you from feeling that way again.
Now consider some of the voices in your head, where do they come from? Can you remember your parents saying it, so you think they remember their parents saying it to them?
There is a story of a young lady wanting to impress her boyfriend, so she cooks a family recipe of lamb, when she does she cuts off the bone. The boyfriend curious as to why she did this, asks her why? She answers as this is part of the family recipe, but then gets to thinking herself, I wonder why? What difference does it make? So she goes and asks her mum, who says because this is what her mother taught her to do, so they go ask grandma, on getting as far back as great grandma, they find an answer…..because the pot was too small!
Once we understand that our subconscious is filled with programming, that we have not necessarily chosen or is even relevant to us anymore; Once we recognise that as this is our auto pilot so everything in there will happen, then we can put two and two together and realise our only way to act feel differently, is to change that programming! Boom!
Because this is auto pilot once we have the programming right, deleting all the negative emotions and limiting beliefs, we are left with the positive, we are left with our original programming, we are left whole and complete and strong, the programming our creator programmed us with, all those millions of years ago.
The answer lies in the subconscious programming, and the help you require lies with those who you trust to guide you to access this part of you, don’t be fooled, you are always in control and it is only you who can access your subconscious. Those of us who work with the subconscious are merely guiding you to your own healing and your own learnings.
